This course empowers students to customize yoga asanas for the unique needs of each body. We do this because we know in yoga there’s no such thing as a “one-size fits-all” model.
Much of current yoga is good, but not great. Too often people are not crystal clear with what the intention is of each pose and how it should truly feel in the body. This creates a disconnection and as a result too many people are getting injured or not getting the fullest benefit of the poses that they could.
By breaking yoga into easy to understand patterns, this course will empower yoga practitioners to take their practice into their own hands. You will rewire your yoga practice and unlearn to relearn what’s best for you and your body. You will gain incredible insights and develop somatic skills so that your body functions at its optimal level now, and well into old age.
Your yoga and your life will never be the same. We can’t wait to share this course with you!
