YOGA: Hear Here Superflow Short Version 38 mins

We’ve shortened this routine to 38 minutes for those of you who are time pressed. The long routine is 48 minutes.

This Hear Here Superflow routine emphasizes openness, mobility and chi within a fluid sequence of poses.   It is very surf-inspired and connects our minds and bodies to the ocean. You will become stronger and more open while becoming more in harmony with the oceans inside your body.  

Some of the movements may feel new to some of you, but just know that the intention is to express Fluidity in our bodies so that our minds follow. 

There are many modifications given in this program for beginners or those who are less mobile. Make the poses comfortable for you. The fluidity of movement and the feeling behind it is more important than pushing our bodies into uncomfortable shapes.

Once you understand the patterns behind the movement, this practice is a joy! We receive messages daily about how many people love how they feel after Superflow. 

That's important to us because it's our favorite way of moving! Each movement is a Love Letter to nature.
