We are so happy and excited that you joined the Somatics and Creative Sequencing Course.

Below you can find the course overview. This will give you an idea of what you can expect in your course.

This course is self-paced but we recommend completing it within approximately 2-6 months from when you start. This pacing is of course up to you... some may complete in a shorter timeframe and others may choose to take longer.

The course has a self-evaluation component where we ask you to record video of yourself teaching and do your own evaluation. You will be asked to review your video and answer several questions on what it is you see in your own teaching practice.
