We are so happy and excited that you joined the Somatics and Creative Sequencing Course including Mentorship.

Below you can find the course overview information from our course in 2022. This will give you an idea of what you can expect.

However, this Course includes a 1:1 Mentorship. All given Days are suggestions if you want to finish within 4 weeks.

You can work at your own pace and take the course over a duration of 6 months, as long as you upload your Videos to review within this time frame.
